The 2025 pool season will soon be here! The Board of Directors has approved for the pool pass prices to remain the same as last year. If you are a tenant, you must provide a copy of your lease to obtain pool passes and your landlord and homeowners must be current in your dues to get passes. For new pool passes, you must also provide pictures for each person getting pool passes (picture the size of a business card or smaller). If you have your 2024 passes, please submit them with your payment.
